"I Don't Wanna Be a Star" is a song by the Italian band Corona. It was a nightclub hit in many European countries, but unlike the previous Corona singles, it had disco sonorities.
It managed to reach number 6 in Finland, hit the Top 25 in the UK (during the busiest time of the year, around Christmas) and topped at number 1 on charts in Spain. It is Corona's last major hit.
